Founded in 2024, Pilarrosa Capital brings together decades of residential and commercial real estate redevelopment experience in in the New York City metro market, aligning toward a common goal of compounding wealth through strategic and subsidized value-add investments in Puerto Rico's tourism economy while creating a platform that educates others on how to do the same.

Ian brings a decade of experience as an investor-focused residential and commercial real estate broker in Hudson County, NJ, finding massive success in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the United States. Ian has managed multiple hospitality organizations around the globe and prides himself on his ability to connect mutually interested parties to create win-win situations for everyone involved in a deal.

Jason carries over 21 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has successfully owned and operated his own brokerage while managing a luxury homebuilding company in the NYC metro area. Jason's team has constructed over 100 doors and completed countless renovation projects, demonstrating his extensive expertise and dedication to the field.  Jason is a proud Puerto Rican and US Army veteran, having bravely served his nation in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Mike's background spanning Engineering, Operations, Business Development, and Mergers & Acquisitions for a global billion-dollar organization has honed a skillset centered around data-driven investment and operational efficiency that has served him well in his real estate investment journey. He carries a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Engineering Management. Mike prides himself on his systematic, conservative, and data-centric approach to executing Pilarrosa's value-add hospitality investment strategy.
