Located in the rapidly ascending Miramar district of the San Juan metro area, Hotel Luz will create 16 market rate hotel rooms with commercial space just a few minutes' walk to upscale dining and nightlife destinations, ten minutes from tourist beaches, and ten minutes to the center of Old San Juan.

Hotel Luz is a qualifying Act 60 hospitality project scheduled to open in early 2025.
